2. Payments & Pricing
- All products are sold as one-time purchases (no subscriptions).
- Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
3. Downloads & Delivery
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link for a ZIP file containing your image pack.
- It is your responsibility to download and back up your files after purchase.
- Download links are typically delivered instantly but may take a few minutes depending on your email server or internet connection.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Since all products are digital and non-returnable, we do not offer refunds once a download has been initiated.
However, if your download link is not working or the files are corrupted, please contact us at Official@pixlelo.com and we’ll promptly assist you.
5. Intellectual Property
All images sold on Pixlelo.com are either:
- Created and owned by Pixlelo, or
- Generated under license or with tools allowing for commercial redistribution
You receive limited commercial rights, not ownership of the images. Pixlelo retains all intellectual property rights over its original content and brand assets.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pixlelo provides all digital products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The images will meet your specific needs or expectations
